Modi meets presidents of Palestine, Mexico

New York, Sep 29 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday held bilateral talks with President Mahmoud Abbas of Palestine, and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto — in his last engagements here.

“Bonding with Palestine. PM @narendramodi with President Mahmoud Abbas in New York,” tweeted external affairs ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup.

“Turning South. PM @narendramodi talks bilateral relations w/Mexican Prez Enrique Pena Nieto @EPN for last meeting in NY,” he tweeted later.

Earlier, Modi held bilateral meetings with British Prime Minister David Cameron, US President Barack Obama and French President Francois Hollande.
