Team Mangalorean - Suburban

Mangalore: Jeevan Kumar (30) of Bayalubettu, Irvattur, better known as 'Pint', was caught by the Bajpe sub-inspector Dinakar Shetty and team in Kinnikambla-Kaikamba and produced in court here.

Addicted to gambling, drinking and cards, he had taken to thieving for the past two years. He had recently been let out on bail from Karkala jail. He had five cases slapped against him in Bajpe police station alone.

Cash and valuables worth Rs 30,000 have been seized from his possession.
