Udupi: The National Service Scheme (NSS) of SMS College Brahmavar P U College Unit 2012-2013 ,was inaugurated by Salvodor Noronha, Principal of the College on Monday July 9, 2012

After inaugurating the unit he said that, always utilise an opportunity to serve the society, because you get back what you have given to the society. NSS volunteers pursuing any career are usually considered to be honest and there is a necessity of honest citizens. Social responsibility and concern is what one should learn from NSS, he said.

SMS College Vice Principal Dr. H V Somayaji, NSS project head G Venkatesh Pai, Jude Alfred Furtado were present as the chief Guests.

College NSS Unit leaders Samarth, Vikyath, Anitha and Nayana were also present on the occasion. Shruthi and Arun compeered the programme. Anitha proposed vote of thanks
