According to sources, 46.9mm of rainfall in the 24 hours ending at 8pm Sunday July 15 was recorded in Bantwal Taluk;  42mm of rain registered in Sullia Taluk; 23.3 at  Mangalore Airport; 18mm in Mangalore Taluk, and in Puttur Taluk 14mm.
