Mangalore: In a media release, Congress district spokesperson Farooq Ullal has said that the BJP's real picture had been totally exposed in the wake of recent developments in the state. It would not be easy to fool the people and reclaim the past glory now onwards, he said.

It had been the BJP's established policy to exploit its leaders and to dump them just when they would become more powerful, he also said.

At one time, the BJP was known as a party of the educated and the principled individuals. But now it was a party dominated by corrupt, immoral and little educated persons. There have been examples of how persons like I M Jayaram Shetty, who brought up the party from out of nothing in Udupi, and Rukmaya Poojary who set a firm footing for it in DK, have been treated once they were taken advantage of,  he added.

"MLAs Haladi Srinivas Shetty and Angara  are mere additions to that list. The 'Sangh' curse has hit Kota Srinivas Poojary now. What awaits him is yet to be seen," he further said in the statement.

One can equate the present day BJP to a 'consortium of fools'... they are nothing but corrupt, selfish, unethical and inefficient. The sooner the public send them packing off the better it is for the state.

True but not yet realised by the BJP caders. Bhatta is the only person who has gained out of backward communities support for BJP and he has masterminded this strategy very well.
