I am glad to learn that the Lion Club, DK Ex-Servicemen Association and Centre for Integrated Learning will be conducting a workshop for High School students to mark Kargil Vijay Divas at Lion Seva Mandir, Mangalore on 26th July 2012.

Well, that is good. However, these workshops should be conducted for all the Ministers and Politicians, both at the Centre and States and that includes Dr. Manmohan Singh. In these workshops some prolific speakers with impeccable backgrounds should lecture them about the curse of corruption, about the importance of serving the people and patriotism to the country, rather than giving importance to the party, themselves and their families.

The other day, I was watching a discussion about a politician feeling unhappy with what the Congress and some speakers were saying, i.e. he is highly experienced, mature, etc. My foot! This man is amongst the most corrupt scoundrels one could come across in this world and as a politician he did not do anything for the people and country and was a poor administrator.

Similar workshops should be held for our bureaucrats who are also corrupt. A honest person will not work or continue for too long in Government service, where the entire system is corrupt.

If one wants to know what is IPS and how the Police System functions, one should read "Carnage by Angels" by Y.P. Singh, a honest, no-nonsense IPS Officer, who resigned mid-way realising that this is a totally corrupt system and the Ministers and his subservient superiors, who are these Ministers boot-lickers, were bent upon in transferring him to such postings, where he was not a nuisance and threat.

In short, these workshops should be held for ministers, politicians and bureaucrats, who instead of giving directions to the country and fooling the people and looting the country.
