Udupi: Kampli Suresh Babu already being arrested and that the name of SriRamulu being heard now,  SriRamulu, founder of BSR Congress Party confirmed to the media that the arrest of Kampli Suresh Babu is in no way affecting the party adversely.

"Swabhimani Sankalpa Yatre" reaching Udupi, SriRamulu of BSR Congress Party speaking to mediapersons, refused to give his reactions because of the matter being in the court.  He told the reporters that he had absolute faith in the judiciary and ascertained that there would be no harm to the Party in any count. The Party doesn't belong to anyone, instead it is a Party of 6 crore people.  The Party is having its own youth as a team, it has its strong edifice, hence no danger is foreseen in anyway, he affirmed.

"Swabhimani Sankalpa Yatra" flagged off with noble intentions of a vision to spearhead a progressive Karnataka, the Yatra having set out from Karwar, studying the burning issues of the people completed visits through different districts, and had arrived in Udupi today, Wednesday,  August 1,2012, by August 15 it will reach Rama Nagara, a Valedictory function will be held there on that day.  I have been getting all sorts of support, co-operation & encouragement from all sorts of people, the Party is growing strong through the support of the people", sriRamalu said.

Replying over the resignation of Haladi Srinivas Shetty, " BJP keeps an eye over all those persons who help develop them. They don't avail opportunity for those people to evolve or develop in their Party.  It may be Haladi Srinivas Shetty or even me for that matter.  They want MLAs till they come to power, they forget them later.  They would  get suitable answers in the future.  It may be the internal strife within the Party for that matter - or of the question of 3 already CMs.  People track all these things minutely. The public will teach suitable lesson to BJP, the days are not far, far ahead", he said.

Talking over the raid in Mangalore, he condemned the way women were being treated.  Trusting  that the Government had already brought report over the bashing of girls in Mangalore, wondered when the Government would divulge the report .  He opined that stern measures must be taken against the erring after fixing the accused.  Apprehensive of such frequent attacks in Mangalore over women, he felt that it would be better if the the Government  gets report by hiring Retired Judge.

Actress Rakshitha talking about Mangalore raid, "No where should incidents like that on women take place, BSR Congress condemns such things vehemently.  Government should give protection for women. If the Government fails then in the days to come, fierce tirade will be taken up against the government.  Never should such incidences recur in the future", she suggested emphatically.
