Bangalore: Archdiocese of Bangalore and the Karnataka United Christian Forum for Human Rights expresses its solidarity with our brethren from the North East, particularly the youth, in Bangalore and shares their anguish and distress at the present critical situation and wishes that they would not have to leave the city out of fear.

Archbishop Bernard Moras of Archdiocese of Bangalore and the President of the Forum, strongly condemns the very irresponsible, harmful and hate provoking mischief perpetrated by those who have spread rumours and threats, and created the present fear psychosis. He prays that love will replace hatred ,and very soon confidence and a sense of security will be restored so that not only those of the North East but also every Indian will feel at home anywhere in this land of ours.
