Team Mangalorean - Mulki

Mulki: Ritesh D'Souza (22), son of Francis Xavier D'Souza from St Lawrence ward of Kenha Mudarangady, died in a tragic road mishap when his bike  hit an autorickshaw and a truck at Haleangady near Mulki on NH 66 on December 14. 

The tragedy occurred when Ritesh, while returning from Mangalore in his bike, lost control and was thrown out of his bike. While his bike was hit by an auto rickshaw, Ritesh was hit by the truck and died on the spot. The autorickshaw is said to have sped away without stopping. 

The pillion-rider Aaron Mendonca, son of Louis Mendonca, St Joseph's ward, Mudarangady, who is doing his BBM in St Mary's College, Shirva, and Ritesh had reportedly visited Mangalore after attending the feast in Shirva and were returning to Mudarangady. Ritesh was a DJ. Aaron Mendonca has been admitted to a hospital and is said to be out of danger.

A case has been registered in Mulki police station and investigation on.
