Mangalore: Aurelien and Abderzak, two artistes from France, under the stage-names Angelo and Zak, performed at the Roshni Nilaya School of Social Work, Mangalore.
It was a stage performance organized by Alliance Francaise Bangalore – The Mangalore Chapter. Angelo and Zak kept the audience captivated with their rhythmic dancing and stylized movements. Their dance included comic and lyrical hip-hop.

Zak demonstrated hip-hop, popping, locking, tetris, slow motion, tutting, hype and house dance on the stage. Although knowing very little English, they bonded well with the people during their performance. About 50 citizens from the city were lucky enough present and enjoy the show.
Zak and Angelo have been touring for a period of 10 days, and had performed in Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. After Mangalore, they’ll perform at Thiruvanathapuram, said Zak.
About Zak and Angélo:
Zak and Angelo remind one of the big burlesque duo of the “Grande époque.” One is lively, dynamic and impatient. The other is more of a dreamer - calm, good-looking, and romantic. Both would little by little let themselves get into the personality of the other, resulting in comic and ironic situations. All in all, a compelling farce narrated through rhythmic dancing, stylized movement, and mime.
