Saudi Arabia: IFF Holds Health Seminar in Khobar and Jubail

Dammam: India Fraternity Forum (IFF) organized a health seminar for women and men as part of two-week long health campaign 'Healthy Life Happy Life' in the Rafa Medical Centre auditorium in Khobar and in Cookxon auditorium in Jubail.

Three health seminars - two for men in Khobar and Jubail and another for women in Jubail - were held on the same day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dr Prashanth, general practitioner from Khobar and Dr G. Shivarudrappa focused on different aspects like hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol and heart attack at the Khobar and Jubail meets respectively. Both of them provided information and instructions to keep oneself free from diseases. A question-and-answer session followed in which both doctors answered all questions from the audience.

Three doctors - Gynecologist Dr Rizwana, general practitioner Dr Ayisha and Ophthalmologist Dr Shahida participated in the women's health seminar in Jubail. They shed light on diseases related to women like diabetes, blood pressure, breast cancer, eye problems, delivery problems and precautions for these diseases with the help of a convincing presentation.

In the Q&A session, the doctors cleared the doubts and queries from the women, who made use of the opportunity and showed tremendous response to the programme.

The programme commenced with the recitation of Qira't by Bashir in Khobar, brother Khader in Jubail and  Misriya Siddiq iin the women's programme in Jubail.

Sherief of Khobar and Abubakkar Siddiq of Jubail welcomed the gathering and presented a brief introduction to the programme while Naushida Mustafa of Jubail welcomed the gathering and gave brief introduction to the women's seminar. Abdussuban of Khobar, Rahim of Jubail and Nafeesa Abusali of Jubail presented the vote of thanks.

The event was compered by Rafiq in Khobar, Samith in Jubail and Shahnaz Ashraf in the women's programme in Jubail. IFF volunteers facilitated the smooth conduct of events.

About 350 people including women benefited from the programme in Khobar and Jubail.

Dear friends,
I didn't mean to insult or offend IFF here. In fact, I did congratulate them. I was only curious about a few things as I found the crowd and location very different.

Its saudi---You will find only ACs al around.

It not illegal to conduct seminars in Saudi for both men & women but separate arrangements should be there

You should be original First...In Saudi Arabia any women can participate , do whatever under the roof of islamic culture.. See in picture two programs are different. The women Program in Jubail and men program was in Khobar on account of Health Campaign...

By the way who told u that illigal to conduct a seminar. Are u saudia legal person?. Kaamale roga badidavanige jagate kattalu. Before writing any comments think twise mr original.

Just curious - Is it illegal in Saudi to hold a seminar where both men and women can participate? Also, the audotoriums look slightly strange with no windows or outside view.

Oh well, I congratulate IFF for holding something meaningful.
