Bangalore: A chief minister, irrespective of party affiliations, is the custodian of the welfare of a state. This message was driven home here by chief minister D V Sadananda Gowda on Friday, June 15.
The controversial spiritual guru, Nityananda, has slapped a Rs 10-crore defamation suit against the chief minister in his personal capacity for ordering closure of his Bidadi ashram and also his arrest. Gowda said on Friday that in the interests of the state, he was prepared to go to jail even. He said he had taken certain steps to protect law and order situation and he would not bother even if Nityananda filed ten cases against him.
Gowda added that he had nothing against Nityananda but he had ordered closure of the ashram in the interest of law and order in the state.
In the meantime, a habeas corpus petition has been filed in the court on behalf of Nityananda stating that he had been wrongfully detained and his reputation was being damaged. Hence he should be produced in court immediately, said the petition. | |

Dear readers,
Mr.Pai
Thank you for your humble initiative for giving me chance to improve my knowledge in Hinduism.Your challenge on "Tantric sex" i accepted and gave some authentic text from Hindu religious scripture.Anyway I cannot stop anyone being atheist it his individual rights.
I refereed "sharia law" and asked about the meaning of it.This law is not written only for individual followers of Islam and don't need to be citizen of Saudia.
I respect the dress code of Temples there are examples like where women covered fully not allowed forever.Various religion employ different dress code to cover there head.It does mean that only specific group and individual is harassed for it.
I am follower of Islam I believe in one God and the last prophet(peace upon him)is as the messenger.
Being atheist you don't understand the language of God you leave for material world blaming and supporting every wrong cause such as Nityanda sex as a "Tantic Sex".At the same time you support the similar actions of Ram Sene attacking private properties and point finger only on Kannada sene.Is this is not double standard.
My post could be sound hilarious to you but carries the message of truth.Hope God show you right path.Which God choice is left to you since you are mature for it.

Let me briefly explain why your post is hilarious at best:
1. Yes – I don’t believe in the concept of God and organized religions. I am glad that you finally caught onto something I have stated for a long time here. A non-religious person doesn’t automatically become a ‘communist’. It shows a profound misunderstanding on your side. I can help you in this regard if you are interested in learning.
2. Sharia law is not an Individual right, my friend!! For that matter, no religious law can be considered as an Individual right. It is okay if you want to follow these things in your personal life. However, you can’t force others to follow the same.
3. Burka – Yes, I agree that it is an Individual right as long as it is not forced by men or religious clerks. However, a private property owner (A school, company or organization) can have their own rules on dress. For example: A temple may not allow you to enter the premises with your shoes on. A school may not allow you to wear Burka. An airport security staff may expect you to show your face to identify yourself.
4. “The books may be centuries old but teaching of God never change seeking right path will never stop”. Well, which God, my friend? Will you follow Ramayana and Manusmriti then? Or…are you saying that there are different Gods and they have their own set of instructions for the followers?
Oh well – We all can see your double talk on this forum where you use a strong language for one set of people while using a very moderate, generic language on your own folks. It doesn’t work anymore, my friend. |

Mr.Pai.if you are not believing in the teaching of most authentic Hindu religious books which you stated as 'old',it means your atheist.Then your fit to be supported of communist why are defending every wrong cause in Hinduism as right?
I emphasis again on my earlier statement any caste,race or religion is equally condmable and punishable to highest judicature of the Indian soil for any form of terrorism.
If you talk of "individual rights" then you do not have rights to talk about "sharia law" which is only associated with Islam. A "personal freedom" you don't fit to talk or post anything about "Burka" it is individual right,personal freedom.To come to last point free market principles if your patriotic Indian why do you still use multinational products.Don't say Indian brands are "old".
In 'Ramayana' Laxman chopped off sakshi(surpnaka) nose just for proposing to Lord Rama.Now you will defend yourself saying even 'Ramayana' is "Old" book to defend God-Man Swamy Nityanada?
The books may be centuries old but teaching of God never change seeking right path will never stop.Mr.Pai come out of your dark world hope God save you from punishment.

Again, it is hard to ignore your reluctance to say anything negative about Islamic terrorism while you wasted no time attacking Hindu outfits.
Moreover, I don’t understand your obsession with Tantric Sex. I have already told you how I feel about it. I really don’t care what’s written in old books. Modern day society shouldn’t be run based on old books. Our society is based on Individual rights, personal freedom and free market principles.

Kindly decide yourself if "Tantic Sex"in not in Hinduism Self styled God-Man is practicing adultery.You decide if Kannada sene wants Nityanada swamy to stone to death is less likely to be light punishment comparing to the religious scripture which I mentioned on top.For your knowledge this law is more strict than the 'Sharia Law'of present in Islam.Your advice is appreciated for seeking more knowledge and research is continued.

You need to read my post carefully henceforth i said one or ten evidence points my stand against all form of terrorism on Indian soil regardless of Caste,race or religion.

I was also expecting you to repeat your talking points of Melegaon blast, Pakistan flags in Hubli and Pub attack. You didn’t disappoint me! Smiles…
True to the tradition of anti-Indian elements, you have mentioned both Kasab and Muthalik in the same line!! After all, what’ the point if you can’t try to dilute the case on Kasab by comparing him to some unknowns, right? I can’t blame you here as you are merely following the foot steps of Mr.Antulay and Pincode Pai.
As far as your request to produce a proof for Tantrik Sex with shloka, para and verse number – Well, you can try your luck with your hero Zakir Naik !! I have no interest in reading the old books and memorize the para and verse number. Moreover, I never mentioned anything about Tatrik Sex being part of Hindusim. Why are you confusing yourself?

Considering the integrity and security for the state immediate threat is from internal terrorists.The top of the list is Rama sene,Abhinav Bharath,Bajrang Dal.....
I would like to remind you that Rama sene hoisted the Pakistani flag on the Indian soil,money for riots,Hubli court yard bombing,Malegaon bombing,pub attack,threat for reprisal attack against Australian tourists,attack on Team Anna member,distributing weapons in the name of \'Trishul Diksha\',damaging state property is are the acts which not less than the terrorists caused the damage on 9/11.The late home minister Dr.Acharaya from RSS ruled BJP dropped 30 cases and lifted a ban from entering Dakshina Kannada even after evidence of sting operations and Maharashtra ATS reports.
If you are true patriotic the law of India cannot be biased in the name of caste,race or religion.The law which implies to Kasab should be applicable to Pramod Mutalik even one evidence or tens of evidence.
I support the individual stand of our C.M.and appeal to take action to defuse further tension he should be dealt according to the law of land with stringent punishment.To maintain the state law and order my request he should take more bold stand to silence pramod mutalik who play with religion.
For your information none of the Hindu scriptures support 'Tantric sex'as a healing in the name of God by individual personality in the form of God-Man.Debate is open if you produce a proof of authentic scripture of Hindu religion with shloka,para and verse no.

I see that you are asking for a bold move by CM to address only one religious group. I request you to show the same level of enthusiasm to address Islamic terrorists as well.

I get it - 'kaLLa Sanyaasi' is far from saint. I have made my 'love' towards him abundantly clear in my previous posts. As I have maintained, merchants of religion are no different from scam artists who are interested in money and power. At the same time, I should also support his rights. The Bidadi ashram is a private property. If Nithyaanda is having tantric sex with his devotees (without any personal threat or force), there is nothing illegal about it. When did it become illegal for two consenting adults to have sex at their privacy? As we know, some women have come forward and registered a case against this sanyasi. The job of the government is to protect private property and provide a flat form for resolving internal disputes using our judiciary system. However Karnataka Govt has gone in opposite direction by taking away the private property rights of this swamiji and detaining him.
We have seen the TV footages where some thugs from kannada Sene trying to enter his private property by climbing the entrance gate like monkeys. We have also seen very angry confrontation between his devotees and members of some organization. Remember – you have no right to enter someone’s private property and threaten the owner. I would like to know on what basis our CM ordered the closure of Bidadi ashram ? He is citing the ‘interest of law and order in the state’. Really??? So...tomorrow, if some thugs attack another private property (say Infosys or Wipro campus) and make a scene, State would seize the property instead of protecting it? |

Kindly show your boldness against riot for money accuse, Pakistani flag hoisting on Kannada soil,Hubli courtyard bomb attack,pub attack accuse Pramod Mutalik in the same way your counterpart Manohar Parikar of BJP did in Goa.

| 100% Right. If some people are misusing people in name of religion, CM has all authority to restrict. Such bogus sanyasis should be punished, where spiritual culture is heading? ashram having saffrons & females mixing together. In raid they have found illegal activities taking place and residues in form of condoms.. so on. Weldone CM, Whole state is with you. Please make sure such criminals are washed out from state all together. |
