Team Mangalorean Kundapur

Kundapur :  On receiving a tip-off, the police raided a spot in M Kodi near here where animals were being slaughtered and meat was stored and sold by certain unknown persons.  The culprits escaped when police raided the hideout.  Upon gathering information, they have identified them a Mohammed and his sons Ashfaq and Irfan.

It has been alleged that Mohammed and his sons were involved in stealing cattle from somewhere at M Kodi and alleged to be slaughtering and selling the meat illegally.  Under the directives of district's superintendent of police, the ASP of Kundapur and his team raided the place on Wednesday.

The culprits, sensing danger, left behind a large stock of meat and implements used for cutting. The meat was found stored in fibre boxes.  The police have seized the meat and the carcasses of the cattle and have registered a case against the culprits. Investigations are going on.

dear Shaikh, Go by humanity rather than by Holey books. Hinduism may not be up to our expectation, but it the only religion accommodated us peacefully along with other religions . Look at our nieghbours where we are the majority and rest of the world and it is time to realise that it is not too late to learn from them .

Dear Shaikh,
Your arguements don't make sense!!

- Overpopulation of dogs, rats, monkeys:
This is due to poor urban planning on our side. Moreover, you re not advocating for eating dogs, rats and monkey, right?

- Not having enough green pasture for cows:
Well, in today's world we raise millions of cows just for the purpose of meat. The same thing goes to chicken, goats, pigs etc. The current population is intentionally kept high in order to supply meat. The natural population of these animals would be much much lower.

- Food for nutrients:
There are hardly any nutrients that you won't get from plant based diet. In fact, animal based diet has more negative impacts to your health.

- Tribal folks eating meat:
Nothing wrong with this practice. I never questioned the history. I can totally understand why human beings started eating meat. As we get civilized, we have a bigger obligation to start respecing the animal rights.

Dear readers,
Mr.Pai I wonder your need for food is not for nutrients requirement for your body and only for taste. In a cycle of food chain a one depend on the other. If you visit any Tribal they have fond of both veg and Non-veg as their nutrients.Whereas as they don't have any religion or science but they are consuming what God has been given to them in nature. If there are only cow's left there wont be no green pasture left. Then certainly a drought and undernourishment.

Do you now Manaka Gandhi a Wild life protector and his son another prince Varun Gandhi who promised on Gita to serve the hands of Muslims.Have you seen some Kannada Channel where Old adult bit and children s ripped by street dog menace? In India Rabbis spreading more faster than Dog population all thanks in the name of Animal protection. As long as my support to you on this issue is unconditional as long as rights of Muslim Christian and Dalits of this nation is protected. Please tell me the date in advance I will join your campaign and make sure that Humans are not sacrificed in the name of cow protection.I will send some address you can join the campaign in United states with celebrities and take picture all at the cause of 'Animal Protection'.

Dear Shaikh,

The arguement of personal or individual rights are applicable as long as you don't hurt anyone. Killing an innocent animal for your 'naalige chapala' can't be justified as it violates the rights of animal to live.

You are wondering why I didn't comment on 'boar protection' bill. Well, I have been advocating 'animal protection' bill which includes all animals. I need your support to this bill.

Your arguement to feed the hungry using meat doesn't make any sense when you look at the reality. Animals and birds consume a lot more vegitable diet before they finally get slaughtered for your naalige chapala. In other words, non-veditarian food takes a lot more natural resources (food and water) as compared to veg diet.

Please note that my arguements don't have any religious links. These are purely based on animal rights and sustainable lifestyle.

Dear readers,

Mr.pai thanks for your advice.I have maintained very well balance of diet in both form of Veg and non-veg in my food chain without any known diseases. There is one gentleman understood the need of it and if you ask him stop eating Kori roti and Kundapur chicken he will get annoyed. There are many friends of me that include pai, shenoy, bhat who enjoyed the delicacy just like Kashmir pundits for meat and Bengali Brahmani for fish. But I cannot advocate or stop making them eat.
By asking me to stop eating meat you are violating your own statement of 'personal rights'.Did you go to Mart to check 'Kofrr' symbol? No comment from you on 'Boar protection bill'?
There is no need to slaughter animal but you support the slaughter like your Gujarati mentor isn't it?Oh!you missed 'Jai Hind' i cannot remind you every time.
Mr.Pai anyway do you know veg.price in India is almost or equivalent to meat price. How can you feed the hungry with very poor nutrition?

Mr Pai,

I agree veg food is more beneficial than eating meat, you probably then anyone else know that banning a product doesn't help in controlling people habits.
Every one has a choice to do choose what they eat. What we need to do is push agencies to at least have a meat butchered in a more sanitary environment. I read some where beef exports from India have frown exponentially due to demand in middle east and other countries, people will find illegal ways to solve the demand.

it is not important what you eat-since what you eat does not make you holy. It is what you speak about others that makes one Holy or evil.
Original R.Pai, USA Jun 23, 2012
Dear Shaikh from Turkey,
You don't have to quote any old books to justify or explain anything. Stop eating meat as we all have enough veg food available. There is no need to slaughter animals for our naalige chapala.
shaikh Mohd Rizwan, Turkey Jun 22, 2012
Dear readers,

Oh.Yes.Finally you showed your patriotism(a small token of respect rember )by just copying my tag 'Jai Hind'.Please tell your mentor not to hoist flag on Indian soil as well.

The president had rejected the the 'cow slaughter bill' and send for amendment to the Karnataka BJP govt.Do you want me quote from your own holy books to support the cause for human consumption?

Mr.Pai you live in U.S.do you now the base food derivatives? The 'Beef' and 'Pork'fat.Do you read the word 'Kofr' food packs?Any way MC is still selling veg.burgers and you can have healthy tonic of Go mutra(as prescribed by your mentor)

Do you have any say about the 'Boar'which is also consider as a Lord Vishnu avatar which Durga took to defeat the 'titans'.Then why there is no 'Boar protection bill'.Though of it.

"It has been alleged that Mohammed and his sons were involved in stealing cattle from somewhere at M Kodi and alleged to be slaughtering and selling the meat illegally." - Report.

So....stealing cattle and running an illegal slaughter house? Oh - nooo!! It never happens!! After all, we were told by the secular crowd that these things are not true. All these pictures must be fabricated ones to put blame on 'peaceful' community. The news reporter should be immediately investigated for his 'hate speech'.
