Abu Dhabi: Mangalore's successful Tulu movie " Bangarda Kural" produced by well known Mangalorean film producer Ram Shetty was screened at the Abu Dhabi Eldorado Cinema on Wednesday evening.
 
Prior to the screening of the movie, a inaugural function was held at the entrance of the cinema amidst dignitaries and Padmashree Dr. B.R. Shetty (MD NMC Group) along with Ram Shetty (Script Writer, Producer and Director), Prakash Bandary (ACP, Mumbai)  lit the traditional lamp and inaugurated the movie by cutting the ribbon.  Dr. B.R. Shetty thanked Ram Shetty for bringing this Tulu film to the gulf, thereby making it available for the U.A.E. public to view and enjoy.  He also thanked all those who were involved in arranging the show in Abu Dhabi, especially Sarvotham Shetty (President, Karnataka Sangha Abu Dhabi) and Jaganat Bellore who had put extra efforts in arranging the show.

Other honorary dignitaries who attended the inaugural function were Sudhir Kumar Shetty (COO, Global U.A.E. Exchange), Ronald Pinto (MD Hysna International), Binu Shetty (NMC Group), Shekar Shetty (Arab Udupi Restaurant Group) and Rajesh Shetty (Ramy Hotels Group). They all stayed back and enjoyed the whole movie.

The film “ Bangarda Kural “ is a very good family movie woven around a single family, who quarrel on petty issues and finally settle with peace as we can say, "triumph over evil and happy family once again". This movie is technological far advanced, with lovely songs and beautiful scenes of Dhakishan Kannada, and filmed at exotic and religious locations such as Someshwar, Moodbidri, Bajpe and Mumbai, etc. Ram Shetty is a veteran in the Bollywood and has been involved in more than 500 movies in the field of acting, directing, stuntman, and as a producer. He has worked with Hindi, Marati, Bojpuri, Orriya and Tulu films. In tulu language he has produced two more movies namely:' Badkere Budle' and' Dareda Seere'. All the actors in this movie have done a commendable job especially lead actors Shivadhvaj and Paki Hegde. Others actors namely Anand Shetty, Aravind Bolar, Namrata Hegde, Tonese Vijay Kumar Shetty Kishori Ballal, Shobha Rai, Suresh, Dinesh Attavar, Vasu Shetty, Bhagya Rai, Jyothi Rai and Ashiwini have also done great acting. Comedy by Aravid Bolar was superb and enjoyable, not to mention a scene where he returns home from work fully intoxicated --a acting well done.

Without any doubts this is indeed a very good movie and a must to watch for all Dakshina Kannada people, including Mangaloreans, since hardly any Tulu or Kannada movies are screened in U.A.E.

For the convenience of all who want to watch this movie, arrangements have been made to screen the movie in various cinemas in U.A.E. including Abu Dhabi Eldorado Cinema i.e. on Saturday – June 23rd at 7 p.m.
