Kundapura: Kundapura: An unidentified body of a male person was found at Hattiyangadi, on the Railway Bridge in Kundapur here on June 24.

Kundapura Railway station master B T Nayak who was on duty spotted the body and informed the police.  Kundapura police immediately arrived at the spot.

According to the police the person appears to be around 25 to 30 years of age.
The deceased was found wearing a red T shirt and a black trouser. A mobile sim card and bank account number was also found in him. With that information found, Kundapura police have contacted the BSF authorities in Kerala, assuming that the dead person could be a BSF soldier.  BSF authorities from Kerala will arrive tomorrow to identify the body.
 
A case has been registered in Kundapura police station. The police are waiting for the arrival of the BSF authorities.
