Mangalore: Sanket Bengre from the Panambur Beach Tourism Development Project from the city has been  selected to represent India on behalf of the Rashtriya Life-saving Society (India) at the Rescue 2012 World Lifesaving Championships to be held in Adelaide, Australia from November 7 to 18, 2012.

Recently, Sanketh Bengre, along with Tushant D Bengre,  participated in the Commonwealth Life-saving Games at Durban, South Africa and has won Bronze Medal for the country in  4X25 Manikin Carry Relay.
