Mangalore: A Workshop Solely for Students to be Ideal Leaders with Perception and Challenges

Mangalore : The newly installed cabinet of St Ann’s High School had a wonderful opportunity to partake in a unique training programme from Samanvaya, Mangalore. The training was conducted on 2, July 2012 in the school campus.

Director of Samanvaya, Rev Dr Ronald Cutinha guided the students through lectures, power point presentation and also held group discussions in order to ensure that they become effective cabinet leaders of their school.  He addressed elaborately on various aspects and essential qualities required to make oneself an ideal leader.  They were asked to discover their own potential and to realize their ability to dream big and set higher goals which are the only way to ever achieve anything in life. There were ample opportunities for participants to exhibit their leadership qualities in the workshop.

Sr Sudeepa Pinto, Principal of St Ann’s High School inaugurated the programme and introduced Rev Dr Ronald Cutinha to the students.  Sr Sudeepa Pinto was responsible to organize this motivating workshop to the young students. Altogether 26 members of the student cabinet actively took part in the workshop and walked out of the hall with a new perception and fully aimed to take on the new challenges.
