Udupi : Udupi District Vartha  Bhavana built at Nayarakere, Brahmagiri was inaugurated symbolically by performing traditional  rituals on Friday July 6, 2012 by Udupi MLA Raghupathi Bhat. The estimated cost of the Bhavana was around 50 lacs. Dr. VS Acharya, the Minister in Charge for Udupi District  had laid the Foundation Stone, and the project was constructed under the leadership of Arun, of Udupi District Nirmitha Kendra.
