Mangalore: As the saying goes that " a quarrel between a couple will last only till they go to bed together" , but not so in this case where the couple dragged their fight on to the streets.

Jalelu and his wife Lulu belong to a Lambani tribe, where Jalelu makes a living by selling balloons . Since the couple don't have a decent or permanent shelter during the night ,they spend their nights  in front of the shops.

On July 11, when Lulu wanted to know from Jalelu how much income did he make from balloon selling that day , Jalelu got furious leading to a fight between the two. Jalelu assaulted Lulu with a stone injuring her in the face and damaging her teeth.

Angered Lulu also picked up a stone and attacked back, Jalelu. When their fight didn't stop, police interfered to break up the fight, and both were taken into custody.
