Team Mangalorean Udupi

Udupi: The 5-Star State Ranking Badminton Tournament organised by Udupi District Badminton Association under the aegis of The Karnataka Badminton Association for the last seven days concluded on Saturday July 14.

International fame Indian badminton player Prakash Padukone was the guest of honour, and who also distributed the prizes to the winners. Former MP Vinay Kumar Sorake, Former MLA U R Sabhapthi, Manipal University Chancellor Dr. H S Ballal, Udupi City Municipality president Kiran Kumar, Yaspal Survarna, Muralidhar Baliga, Suresh Kumar, Sudarshan, Devand, Rammohan were also the chief guests for this event.

Udupi MLA and also the President of the Association Raghupathi Bhat delivered key note address, General Secretary Prakash Kodavoor welcomed the gathering, Sandeep Nayak compered the programme.
