Qatar: The closing  ceremony of Karnataka Sangha Qatar's ( KSQ)  2- ‘Youth Leadership Programme -2012’ was held at Mumbai Hall, Indian Cultural Centre, on  July 18, 2012.

KSQ in association with ' Talking Matters Toast Masters' Club organized the event to give an opportunity to children hailing from the State of Karnataka, who stay back in Qatar during summer holidays.
 
The programme which was started on July 4, had received good response  with 17 children taking part in it . The main intent of the programme was to provide a platform to children so that they can communicate well to become better leaders tomorrow.

The final day session was completely managed by YLP Toast Masters.  The children astonished the audience with their scintillating performance.

KSQ president V S Mannangi, in his welcome speech emphasized on the need of having effective communication in present day world and thanked 'Talking Matters Toastmasters' club for join hands with KSQ to give children  opportunity to enhance their communication skills.
   
The main coordinator of the event was TM Javeed Khan. He was assisted by TM Mahesh Gowda and Gav.Farheen Javeed Khan.
 
Ekta Bhatnagar, President -Talking Matters Toast Master Club, Divisional governor -TM Manzoor Moideen,   Area Governor -TM Shyam Sundar,  V S Mannangi- President KSQ and Manjunath Rao, KSQ Children coordinator, Manjunath C R, KSQ Cultural Secretary were there on the dais to distribute certificates to the children. KSQ presented mementos to the Toast Masters who were involved in organizing the event.
 
Dr. Sanjay Kudari-Vice President KSQ, Ravi Shetty -President Bunts Qatar and many committee members of KSQ and Talking Toast Masters were present. Deepak Shetty, general secretary of KSQ proposed the vote of thanks.
