Mangalore:  There is no any progress in Morning Mist Homestay attack and delay in punishing the culprits which creates lots of doubts,  said the DK District Congress President Ramanath Rai in a press meet held at the district congress office here on August 10.

Addressing the mediapersons Ramanath said that in the name of culture, some of the members from Sangh Parivars are spoiling the peace in the society.  On July 28, the Hindu Jagarana Vedike activists in the name of culture, assaulted young men and women.  Assurance was given of punishing the culprits under the goonda act but nothing has happened. Government is indirectly supporting the Sangh Parivar, he blamed.

Further stating that the convener of HJV Jagadish Karanth stated that the Mangalore city is becoming the centre of prostitution. Such statements spoil the image of the city and Congress party condemns such statements ,he said.

He also said that we need to see whether the assailants who assaulted the young men and women in the home stay were cultured, and if their family members are following the culture?

We need to fight against such atrocities and such incidents should not be repeated in future. To protest against such heinous act, the congress party has decided to hold a "Peace March", on Monday 13 August at 4 p.m from Gandhi circle ,and it will culminate near DC office.

Youth President Mithun Rai, Block president Praveen Alva, P V Mohan and others were also present.

Every Tom, Dick and Harry wants to March & Protest in front of DC Office....

Is there any use? Is anyone listening their protest?

People will join the march and forget after somedays.

The Curprits will roam freely and the blame goes to the innocent people, who will not get justice till the end....

This is Indian Politics !!!
Here, the CULPRITS are the KINGS...

Why can't all congress people fight together?? Where is JR Lobo in this press meet?? Where is Ivan D'Souza, Where is Poojari?? Whey all these separate press meetings?? Ultimately what is the purpose?? Is any one really going to take action? Is anyone interested to the object report by Women's commission Ms. Manjula?? Merely talking in press conference and taking peace march is not yielding any results???

Come on guys, take quick action unitedly to fix these goons than talking in press conferences and show off businesses.. Looks like there is no unity in Congress first of all....
