| | Mangalore: Three Dubai-bound Air Passengers Arrested for Harassing Cabin Crew |

Mangalore: Three passengers on board Dubai-bound AIX flight that took off on Thursday night were handed over by the crew to the Dubai police on Friday, August 17 morning, according to information available from families of other passengers who travelled with them.
The flight had taken off with 180 passengers and 10 crew. After the allotted liquor was served, three passengers who had boarded the plane in the city airport, reportedly insisted on getting some more supply.
In spite of the polite refusal by the staff, the trio started ringing the call-bell over and over and began arguing in raised voices, even reportedly using foul language. The other passengers faced the irritation and embarrassment right until Dubai, for three hours.
The three unruly passengers, identified as Gangadhar, Anish and Praveen, were taken into custody by the Dubai police on arrival.
As such things are not reported in the media in the Gulf, what action the police are likely to take against them will not be known. | |

| the incident happend was very bad. we always wants more..?how ever our three friends should be deported from dubai via ship, no more on airliness unless it might be cargo flights with bottles... hope every one agree? |

After reading fully CAPITALIZED comment on this news,"FREE DRINKS MEANS THEY WANTED TO DRINKS TILL THEIR NOSE."
We Indians esp. Mangaloreans are too good in passing loose comments without knowing the full true facts, as happened in Home-stay attack, even visual media was giving running commentary that Boys & girls different religion were probably partying there.
Even our drivers of this twin district are too notorious in reckless driving on roads.
Just for everyone's info, as I have traveled in this Air India Express Flight many a times earlier:
Air India Express does not serve any complimentary drinks, not even beer, whereas they sell the drinks/beer,etc. Air India Express luckily serves only MEALS & WATER as complimentary even though they call themselves as Budget airline, but their monopoly exorbitant Fare is much more than the full service flights like Air India from Mumbai to Dubai & back which issues return ticket at discounted rate whereas the cunning management of Air India Express does not give any substantial discount for return [2-way] ticket with the excuse of Budget airline [point to point ticket fare]. |

THEY SHOULD BE BLACK LISTED AND BANNED NOT TO FLY IN ANY AIRLINES IN THEIR LIFE. THESE IDIOTS THINK THEY CAN DO ANYTHING IN AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT. THESE 3 IDIOTS SPOILT THE NAME OF MANGLOREANS. SHAME ON ALL THESE 3. THEY WERE FLYING TO DUBAI TO DRINK OR WORK ? DISGUSTING PERSONS. FREE DRINKS MEANS THEY WANTED TO DRINKS TILL THEIR NOSE. IF THEY WERE CAUGHT IN INDIA THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT IN JAIL. BUT IN DUBAI IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. ONLY GOD HAS TO SAVE THEM NOW. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE GIVEN MILK IN A BOTTLE WITH A NIPPLE TO DRINK. |

Airlines should ban Alcohol in all the flights. Instead of that serve butter milk to all the passengers.These guys will have a tough time in Dubai Jail.

What a bunch of idiots!! smiles...
I had witnessed similar incident a few years ago on my flight from Hong Kong to Mumbai. A bunch of Sikh guys from Jalandhar started demanding more liquor and started commenting about the airhostess and certain parts of her anatomy!! Later, one of those guys slapped another passenger over a silly reason. There wasn't much anybody could do as there were almost dozen guys in this group. When the flight landed in Mumbai, crew secretly informed Police and grabbed these guys from their seats. I remember everyone in the flight applauding as those idiots were dragged out of the flight by the security folks...
