Thank you, the Fernandes Academy, for initiating the Nursing programs in addition to many other projects that will broaden the scope of Education and Motivation for the benefit of the growing population.

Professionalism in Nursing will bring added benefit to the Home Care concepts and the aging population will reap the harvest. Let the quality of service with dedication bring added premiums so that more and more nurses will be made available to cope with the local demand.

What a beautiful relief for the retiring community of Mangalore to realize that there is an Academy established in the neighbourhood that will not only train qualified nurses but will also provide best possible services at a best possible premium so that quality of profession be enhanced and the public will get the best return for their rewards.

Each and every trade or profession should make a reasonable profit so that the quality of service will improve and the ultimate benefit will go to the clients who are willing to pay for the service.

The Fernandes Academy will certainly move forward with success, as we vividly see that there is a positive vision behind the initial concept itroduced in our beloved home town. A soft touch of professional help from the Nuns might further boost the concept of Fernandes Academy. The beauty of Collaboration, Cooperation and Communication is how the American Exceptionalism operates in the Medical profession in the United States where the Home Retirement programs display some of the best quality of service with dedication.
