Cincinati, Ohio: Rohan D'Souza a freshman (9th Grader) at Sycamore High School, Cincinnati, Ohio has been invited to travel and study in Scotland, Wales, Ireland, and England in the summer of 2013. Rohan has been selected and invited by People to People, an educational exploration program founded by President Dwight D. Eisenhower.
For 50 years, People to People Ambassador Programs has provided educational travel for students across the globe in 7 continents and 40 countries. Located in Spokane, Washington, People to People Ambassador Programs is one of the world's most recognized and respected educational travel providers, for both students and professionals around the globe.

Rohan will stretch beyond the ordinary travel experience through unique access to people and places available only to Student Ambassadors. In this program Rohan will discover and enjoy the excitement of travelling abroad with new friends, develop new skills through activities designed to stretch students outside their comfort zone, serve a greater purpose through community service projects designed to help the environment, learn about the world through hands-on interaction with local citizens or with government officials and experts in many fields.
The mission of People to People is to bridge cultural and political borders through education and exchange, creating global citizens and making the world a better place for future generations.
Rohan fourteen years old, budding tennis player is the son of Harold and Dancy D'Souza. This year Rohan was a ball person for Mahesh Bhupathi, Andy Murray, Roger Federer and others at the Western & Southern Open, Cincinnati form August 11th to 19th, 2012. Rohan has an elder brother Bradly Ivan D'Souza, seventeen years old and they hail from Bajpe, Mangalore. | |
