Dr Rajwin Fernandes, aged 43, son of Roque Fernandes and Lily Fernandes of Manipal, husband of Zeena Fernandes and father of Ronel Fernandes, and son-in-law of A D'souza and Helen D'souza passed away on May 1, 2012 in a mishap involving KSRTC Volvo bus on its way from Mangalore to Bangalore.

Funeral cortege leaves residence "Retreat" apartment No 802, Falnir for Milagres Church, Mangalore on Thursday May 3, 2012 at 4.00 p.m., followed by mass at 4.30p.m.

Rest in Peace Dearest Doctor. We will surely miss you tremendously. Sad that we cannot be physically present to say good bye or for your family in this difficult moment. You were always there for us. All we had to do was a phone call and our job was done, our problems taken care of. We feel indebted to you.
"O Lord, who art ever merciful and bounteous with Thy gifts, look down upon the soul of our ever compassionate Dr. Rajvin Fernandes. Remember not his offenses and negligences, but be mindful of Thy loving mercy, which is from all eternity. Cleanse and fulfill his ardent desire that he may be made worthy to behold Thee face to face in Thy glory. May he soon be united with Thee and hear those blessed words which will call him to his heavenly home: "Come, blessed of My Father, take possession of the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world."
