This is a recipe that is a hot favourite in our house. It?s a meal that is both nutritious and filling for children, especially when they come home hungry after playing some sport with their friends.
1 kg chicken (with bones/ cut into medium size pcs)
1 1/2 table spoons of ginger paste
3 table spoons of garlic paste
1 table spoon chilli powder
1 tea spoon turmeric powder
Juice of 2 limes
- Marinade the chicken in above ingredients (2-6) for 2 hours.
- Take 5 table spoons of white cooking oats; 2 table spoon of corn flour; 2 table spoon of maida (plain flour); 1 tea spoon of garam masala powder; pinch of salt and powder them fine in the grinder.
- Coat the marinated chicken in the above powder and shallow fry.
