One of Odisha’s first chartered accountants dies

Thiruvananthapuram, March 25 (IANS) One of Odisha’s first chartered accountants, Prafulla Kumar, 88, died here on Friday.

His son P.K. Mohanty is the chief secretary of Kerala. Prafulla Kumar passed away at the official residence of Mohanty here.

Prafulla Kumar had retired as general manager of public-sector Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd.

His last rites will be held here on Friday evening.
