Panasonic launches new hi-resolution, bluetooth headphones

New Delhi, Feb 1 (IANS) Panasonic India on Monday launched its all new hi-resolution headphone HD5 and bluetooth headphone BTD5 for Indian music lovers.

The power-packed headphones are a combination of uncompromising sound quality and portability with a healthy dose of bass, aesthetic design and an urban appeal to high-end audiophiles and fitness-focused consumers.

“Owing to the growing demand for wireless headphones for an active world, Panasonic has introduced the bluetooth headphones BTD5. Both the new models HD5 and BTD5 are the best bet for headphones with clear and dynamic bass sound and a great design,” Gaurav Ghavri, product head, Panasonic India, said in a statement.

Despite their compact and lightweight design, the hi-resolution HD5 headphones have a 40mm HD driver unit that delivers even the most subtle details from every single instrument in high quality sound even when the user is outdoors.

Available for Rs.9,490, the model comes with a unique feature of Horizontal Slide Adjustment that lets the user shift position of the drivers horizontally to suit individual ear position.

The bluetooth BTD5 headphone comes with Near Field Technology (NFC) for convenient connectivity.

The model is equipped with premium 40mm neodymium drivers and high-capacity Lithium ion battery delivers 40 hours of high-quality music.

Priced at Rs.6,490, BTD5 comes with a built-in remote microphone and intuitive touch controls designed into the ear pad housings making it quick and easy to turn bluetooth on and off, adjust volume and change tracks.
