PPC students demand to revoke suspension order of Prof. Durgaprasad

Udupi: Students of PPC College protested against the management for suspending a professor over allegations of question paper leak out here on February 17.

Students alleged that the economics professor Durgaprasad Mayya has been suspended by levelling false allegations against him, he not involved in any irregularities as said by the management. The management should revoke the suspension order with immediate effect.

Dr Chandrashekar, Director of Adarsha Hospital and secretary of the College management committee tried to pacify the students saying Durgaprasad has been involved in leaking the question paper which is an indemnity to students. The management has asked Durgaprasad to give an apology letter and has issued the suspension order to him.

Students called the allegations on Durgaprasad as baseless, and urged the management to revoke the suspension order.
