Puttur: ‘Preeti mattu preeti maatra’ (Love and only love), a book by Jyoti Guruprasad, noted author, thinker and columnist based in Karkala, has won an award.
The Ugrana award, instituted by Gowri Madhava Charitable Trust, Puttur, will be presented to her at the Sahitya Kala Kushalopari programme to be organized by Puttur Karnataka Sangha in ‘Anuraga’ premises on Feb 22.
This has been announced by Ugrana award committee convener B Purandar Bhat and the Trust managing director P Ramananda Nayak.
