Puttur Police Arrest two while Selling Ganja
Puttur: Two persons were arrested while selling ganja at Darbe, here on September 10.
The arrested have been identified as Taranath alias Putta, a resident of Mukrampandi and Abdul Hameed an auto driver from Olathadka.
According to police, on September 10, on getting information, Puttur police arrested Taranath and Abdul Hameed while selling Ganja. Police seized 1.8 kg of Ganja, two mobile phones, auto rickshaw and Rs 4600 cash from their possession.
Taranath and Abdul were involved in selling Ganja, they were using the auto to sell Ganja to customers.
Under the able guidance of SP Bhushan Borase, the operation was carried out by the Additional SP Rishyanth, DCBI Inspector A Amanulla, ASI Sanjeev Purush, Iqbal, Uday Rai, Lakshman, Irshad, Satish, Pradeep and Vijay Gowda.
