Puttur: Woman from Bengaluru Severely Injured after Car Rolls into Gorge at Valalu

Puttur: Malati (50) from Indiranagar in Bengaluru was severely injured in a road mishap at Valalu in Bajattur village on Wednesday.

The car in which she was travelling hit a jeep and its driver lost control over the car. Consequently, the car rolled into a gorge and also caught fire.

Uppinangady station house officer Thimmappa Naik and team who were returning from Nellyadi happened to pass by at the same time. They managed to douse the fire and shift the injured to a hospital.
