    Ingredients: 

    2 lbs. Boneless Chicken 
    1 cup yogurt 
    2 tablespoon tandoori masala powder 
    1 tsp. Garam masala powder 
    Juice of 1 lemon 
    3 medium onions 
    Few cashew nuts 15/18 
    Ginger ½” 
    6 Garlic flakes 
    8-10 pepper corns 
    4 kashmir chili (optional) 
    Cardamom 4 pods 
    Cinnamon 2/3 sticks 
    Cloves 4 
    6 tablespoon butter (3 oz) 
    A small tin of tomato paste. 
    Salt to taste

    Method:
    1. Clean chicken and cut desirable pieces, wash and place it in a large mixing bowl.
    2. Mix yogurt, tandoori masala, garam masala, lemon juice.
    3. Marinate the chicken with the above mixture and set aside (You can refrigerate overnight).
    4. Grind Masala with ingredients 6 to 14 and keep aside. (keep one onion for frying)
    5. Preheat the oven for 350 degrees and roast the marinated chicken for about 45 to 1 hour.
    6. Melt butter in a skillet fry chopped onion and add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and add ground masala and fry well.
    7. Add tomato paste and fry the masala well.
    8. Add roasted chicken mix it well with fried masala.
    9. Add salt and vinegar as per the taste.
    10.Simmer for 10 minutes the gravy should be thick.
    Enjoy this recipe with naan or parathas.
