    Ingredients:

    1 ½ cups of fresh lemon juice
    ½ cup fresh lime juice
    1 cup apple juice
    1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
    A few mint leaves
    2-3 tablespoons of honey
    A few ice cubes

    Directions: Stir first six ingredients together until honey dissolves. Stir in soda water. Serve over ice. A great thirst quencher
