    4 chicken breasts (cut)
    1C salsa
    1/3C Peanut butter
    2T soy sauce
    2T vinegar
    2T water
    1tsp chilli powder
    1/2tsp ground ginger
    1/2tsp garlic powder
    1T seasame seed
    2T oil
    3C rice (cooked)

    Method:

    Bring to boil salsa, peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar & water stirring often. Keep warm. Combine chilli powder, ginger and garlic powder in plastic bag. Add chicken strips to bag and shake to coat. In skillet or wok, cook and stir chicken in oil over medium-high heat, 2-3 min. or until cooked. Spoon sauce over rice on plates, arrange chicken and sprinkle with seasame seed.
