    Ingredients:

    1 lb. Shrimps
    1 lb. Ash pumpkin
    2 onions
    2-tablespoon sour cream
    2-teaspoon coriander powder
    1-teaspoon cumin powder
    1-teaspoon chili powder
    ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    ¼ teaspoon mustard powder
    5 cloves of garlic
    2 green chilies
    1 tomato
    2-tablespoon olive oil
    Salt to taste

    Method: Cut ash pumpkin and scrape the skin and cut it into desired pieces. In a pot add the ash pumpkin pieces, green chilies and tomato and boil them with little water. Clean and de-vein shrimps When the ash pumpkin is almost cooked add the shrimps, to the same pot and add salt. When the shrimps are cooked transfer the cooked ash pumpkin and shrimps to another dish. Add oil into the pot and fry onion until golden brown. Add garlic cloves and fry for a minute. Add all remaining spices and fry well. Finally add the cooked ash pumpkin and shrimps, taste the salt and add water if necessary.
