    Ingredients:

All purpose flour (Maida) 4 cups
    1 can of coconut milk
    2 Eggs
    Salt to taste
    sugar to taste
    Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
    Oil for frying

    Method

Mix All purpose flour (Maida) with coconut milk, sugar, salt and beaten eggs. Finally add sesame seeds mix well and keep it aside. In a deep skillet heat the oil. When it is hot, dip the rosette mould in the oil for a minute. Dip it in the batter slowly. Batter should only cover the base. Place the mould in the hot oil. Shake the mould a little as the rosette comes out of the mould and floats in the oil. When it turns slightly brown fry the other side of the rosette. Dip the mould in the batter again and continue frying the rosette in oil. You could fry 2 or three rosettes at a time. Drain the rosette on paper towel.
