Method:
In a large mixing bowl combine 1, 2, 3 and 4. Then add 5, 6, 7 and 8. Last mix in 9 and 10. Mix well to combine. Neutralize baking soda with lemon juice and mix in last, taking care to mix thoroughly, so that it is evenly distributed through dough. Transfer to greased baking tin and bake in preheated 180° oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
