1 kg beetroot(thinly sliced) 1 kg sugar 2 bottles of water(1 ltr) 4 slices of toast 4-5 sticks cinnamon 3-4 orange juice 2" ginger crushed Juice of 2 lemon 1 tsp yeast (soaked in warm water)
Make very thin slices of beetroot and 1 ltr water and cook in cooker. strain and throw away beets. Add sugar, toast, cinnamon, orange juice, ginger crushed, lemon juice and yeast soaked in little warm water mix well and keep for 13 days. strain and use.
