    Prep Time: 10 minutes plus chilling time Servings: 8 dozen

    INGREDIENTS:- 3 cups (750 mL) vanilla wafer cookie crumbs 1 1/3 cups (325 mL) flaked coconut 1 cup (250 mL) finely-chopped nuts 1 can (300 mL) Regular Condensed milk 1/4 cup (50 mL) rum Additional flaked coconut (can use the sweetened kind)

    METHOD:- 1. Combine crumbs, coconut and nuts. Add Condensed milk and rum; mix well. Chill 4 hours. 2. Shape into about 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls. Roll in additional coconut. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Notes: The flavour of these candies improves after 24 hours. They can be made ahead, covered and stored in the refrigerator for several weeks
