    Ingredients:

    White chana socked over night
    1 potato
    1 onion chopped
    1 tomato chopped
    2 tabels of oil
    chilly powder
    cumin powder
    turmeric powder
    salt to taste
    coriander leaves to serve

    Method:

    Cook chana and potato with salt until chana become soft and potato smashes. In another pan take 2 tabel spoon of oil and fry the onion until brown and add tomato when it becomes smooth add 3 powders and again salt if needed.

    serve hot with coriander leaves.and it is delicious with parathas and poori.
