    Ingredients :

    Beaten Rice - fine one (avalakki) (pow) - 1/2 kg
    Coconut - 3 cups
    Sugar - 3 tspn
    Salt to taste
    Coriander - 1 tspn
    Cumin - 1/2 tspn
    Mustard - 1 tspn
    Red Chilies - 4
    Curry leaves - 1 bunch
    Oil - 3 table spoon

    Method :

    * Fry red chilies, coriander, cumin and mustard (1/2 tb sp.) seeds and grind dry.
    * Pour beaten rice in a vessel add ground powder in it and mix well. (use of hand preferred)
    * Add salt, sugar and mix.
    * Heat oil in a pan add 1/2 tb sp. mustard seeds and curry leaves and fry it. When fried pour this on the mixture and mix well.
    * Add grated coconut and mix well. Now your sweet and hot beaten rice is ready.

    Note: Do not add water. If you feel this mixture is still thick, add more grated coconut or little coconut water.
