    Ingredients

    Pepper-Half tsp.
    Turmeric powder-Half tsp.
    Mustard seeds-Half tsp.
    Methi(Fenugreek) seeds-Half tsp.
    Cumin Seeds (Jeera) -Half tsp.
    Ajwain -Half tsp.
    Coriander seeds-1 tsp.
    Dry Red Chilly- 2 or 3.
    Onion-2 big size.
    Garlic -8 flakes.
    Coconut-1 Cup.
    Tamarind.
    Ghee-4 Tsp.
    Onion-1 Sliced.

    Grind all the ingredients listed above (Except for Ghee and sliced onion). Do not put water in the beginning. Once the ingredients are slightly powdered, add water slowly and grind again till it becomes like chutney.

    Put Ghee in a pan and heat. Add Sliced onion. When onion turns brown, then add ground masala. Add water and salt.

    Add Kokum to increase the taste of Nivol.
