    Ingredients:

    Milk 1 litre
    Rice flour 2 tbsp
    Sugar 1 cup (or more if you want more sweetness)
    Pista
    Cashew
    Badam (skinned and lightly roasted and powdered) 2 tblsp
    Cardamom pwd 1/2tsp
    Milk powder 2tblsp
    Dry fruits for garnishing


    Method:
     
    Take the rice flour (you can powder the basmathi rice in a dry blender of you can use the rice flour available in the market) and mix in one cup of milk (room temperature).
     Mix the milk powder with the remaining milk and heat it in a vessel.
    See that no lumps are formed. When it starts to boil, add the rice flour paste and keep stirring.
    After 5 minutes add the powdered dry fruits and stir the mixture, keeping on slow fire.
    Add the sugar and cardamom powder.
    Keep stirring continuously till it gets thick and good aroma comes out (7-10minutes) put off the fire and let it cool. Garnish with dry fruits.

    Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
