1/2-1 KG Pork 3 Nos.Potatoes 2 Tsp Vinegar 4-5 Cloves Cinnamon 3 Nos. Cloves Salt to taste 2-3 tsp of Sugar 5-6 Red Chillies 2 Tsp of Jeera powder 4-5 Tsp of Coriander Powder 2 Tsp of Turmeric Ghee to Fry
Method :
First grind the ingredients into fine paste, Red chillies,Jeera, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves , Turmeric all ground to fine paste.
Cut potatoes into round slices, First take a vessel and pour 1-2 tbs of ghee to it then fry the Red ground masala in it and then add Pork thinly sliced and potatoes sliced into round pieces, add vinegar, salt and sugar till it tastes sweet and sour, Cook till soft with enough water.Serve with hot rice or Rotis.
