    Ingredients

    1/2 kg Mutton Kheema
    2 Onions
    1 Tomato
    1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
    1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
    50 grms Green Peas
    Salt to Taste

Take 8 Capsicums. Cut the top of the Capsicum slowly. Then remove all the seeds from within.

    Method:

    1) Fry Onions in ghee untill half cooked
    2) Add all the above mentioned  ingredients.
    3) When cooked add the Kheema and cook untill it separates. Add Green Peas and salt to taste.

When cooked, fill the kheema in the capsicum cup and close it with the top cut piece of the capsicum which will look like a cap.

Bake them in the oven for 5 mins. There you have your Capsicum stuffed Kheema ready.

Serve with French Fries & Chilli Sauce.
