1/2 kg Mutton Kheema2 Onions1 Tomato1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder50 grms Green PeasSalt to Taste
Take 8 Capsicums. Cut the top of the Capsicum slowly. Then remove all the seeds from within.
1) Fry Onions in ghee untill half cooked2) Add all the above mentioned ingredients.3) When cooked add the Kheema and cook untill it separates. Add Green Peas and salt to taste.
When cooked, fill the kheema in the capsicum cup and close it with the top cut piece of the capsicum which will look like a cap.
Bake them in the oven for 5 mins. There you have your Capsicum stuffed Kheema ready.
Serve with French Fries & Chilli Sauce.
