Chicken 1 Kg (Marinate the chicken with curd and turmeric powder for 30 min) Methi leaves 11/2 bunch (cut the leaves small) Onion 3 Paste Tomato 1 Big pure Curd 1 cup to marinate chicken Turmeric ½ Tspn
Masala:
Green chili, 10 garlic pods, 4 ginger ½ inch, pepper 10-15, cinnamon
Method:
Grind all the items using little water with 6-8 cloves, jeera 1 tspn and 1/2 bunch coriander leaves. In a pan take oil, add onion paste and fry till brown then add green masala to it and fry till dry, then add tomato paste, methi leaves and then the marinated chicken.Mix well and salt to taste when chicken is cooked. Serve hot with rice.
