    1 cup finely grated radish 1 /2 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely grated carrot 3 cups well-beaten curds 2 green chillies ,chopped 1/2 inch ginger, chopped 1 spoon roasted and powdered cummin powder Handful coriander leaves,chopped salt to taste Method Mix all the ingredients in curds and serve with Rotis or any rice preparation.
