Shwetha D’Souza’s Mortal Remains Brought to Mangaluru

Mangaluru: The mortal remains of Shewtha D’Souza who died in a tragic accident at Indira Nagar Bengaluru during the early hours of June 13, was brought to the city on June 14 at 3 am.


It is learnt that on Sunday, June 12, Shwetha had a get-together party in her company. After the party, at around 1 am on June 13, she was on her way back home along with her colleague. At Indira Nagar, the rider of the bike failed to notice a hump on the road. Shwetha was thrown off the bike and was severely injured.


Shwetha was immediately rushed to the hospital but succumbed due to severe head injuries. As soon as the parents received the news about the tragic accident, they rushed to Bengaluru.

The Funeral Cortege leaves their residence “Shwetha Kiran”, Thoippakal on June 14, at 3:30 pm for St Joseph the Worker Church, Vamanjoor followed by mass at 4:00 pm.
